Transparency and Care

In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is free in the United States! If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address, you will need to pay any additional shipping costs to ship it to the correct address.

Please understand that we do not keep inventory, and we print your product when you order it. Our “fulfillment time” average is 2–7 business days to print the design on a product.

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

  • Products being out of stock

  • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days.

SPECIAL DELIVERY CONSIDERATIONS

Can we ship to a P.O. Box?

Typically, only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products include items too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

RETURNS

If you are shipped an incorrect product (wrong color, size, etc.), please send us a message in “Contact Us” and we will get the correct product shipped to you.

LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your order is lost or damaged in the mail, please send us a message in “Contact Us” and we will replace it.  Please allow three weeks for printing and shipping your order!

OUR REFUND POLICY

If you decide that you no longer want the product or if you change your mind and wish to choose a different product, please understand that we cannot offer refunds.  However, if you received the wrong order, we will gladly replace it.
